Natalie J. Harder, Ph.D., serves as the 17th president of Coker University, beginning her tenure in June 2020 and becoming the first woman to lead the institution in its more than 115-year history. Before joining Coker University, Harder served as chancellor of South Louisiana Community College, where she guided the institution through a period of significant growth, strengthened academic and workforce programs, and advanced initiatives focused on student success and community impact. Under her leadership, Coker has expanded academic offerings, aligned programs with the needs of students and the workforce, improved financial stability, and strengthened its enrollment strategy.
