Madie Robinson has been with Pee Dee Healthy Start, the organization that works with parents and young children to provide education and connect them with community resources, for more than 30 years. Robinson, a native of Florence, holds an undergraduate degree from Bennett College in North Carolina and a master’s from University South Carolina. She is former project director and senior vice president of United Way of South Carolina and former program director of South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s Division of Maternal Health. She is a founding board member of the National Healthy Start Association.
