Kay Andrews

Kay Andrews has worked with PGBA, LLC, a provider of administrative services for government and industry partners, for 40 years, the last six as president and chief operating officer. The company’s contracts include Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (CCN) Regions 1, 2 and 3, the North Carolina Department of Public Safety Claims contract, and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control support services contract. A graduate of Clemson University, Andrews serves on the board of the United Way of Florence County.
