I am a Florence, South Carolina, native with more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. I graduated from Clemson University with a degree in construction science and management and later earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson. I am a partner at PLC Commercial Real Estate, where I help property owners, investors, developers, and businesses navigate commercial real estate opportunities and maximize value. I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and serve on the South Carolina CCIM Chapter Board. I am also proud to serve my hometown and community as a deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Florence. I approach my business with an emphasis on relationships, integrity, market knowledge, and providing exceptional service to my clients. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Eliza, and our sons, Tommy and Harry, at the beach, on the boat, and traveling together. I also enjoy offshore fishing, tailgating for Clemson Football games, and spending time on the golf course.

Favorite Quote and Why: "It is better to have tried and failed than to never have tried at all." This quote reminds me that in order for us to grow and learn we are going to have to take risks and possibly fail and that is far better than not trying at all.

Definition of a Successful Leader: A successful leader is one who leads by example and takes accountability for those they are leading. A successful leader is someone whose character earns trust, whose vision gives direction, whose actions inspire others, and whose influence makes the people around them better.

Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: I would tell myself to not worry so much, and do not be afraid of failure. Although I still tend to worry and do not like failure, my 18-year-old self was always worried about the future and afraid to take risks if failure was a possibility. I now know that the only way to truly grow and learn is to take risks, and sometimes failure will be the outcome. I would tell my 18-year-old self to slow down and enjoy the journey and stop worrying so much about the destination.
