My experience in both retail and commercial banking has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of business development, financial strategy, and community banking. Outside of my professional role, I am an active community leader, serving with organizations such as Rotary International and the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce. My leadership and service have earned recognition as a Pee Dee Top 20 Under 40 honoree, and I am a graduate of Leadership Florence and the Chamber’s Fellows in Education program. Favorite Quote and Why: “The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things.” — Ronald Reagan. Our greatest opportunity as leaders has nothing to do with us and everything to do with those we can positively impact!

Definition of a Successful Leader: A successful leader leaves people and organizations stronger than they found them. The impact you have on those around you far surpasses any individual success one could ever have.

Advice to 18-Year-Old Self: Network, network, network, and don’t be afraid to bet on yourself! Take the risks, do it scared, and remember that success isn’t built overnight  – it is built through consistency and discipline.
